Information:
To enable specific logs for Konica Minolta Combined Client troubleshooting in Equitrac:
- On the DCE server make a backup of the following file: C:\Program Files\Equitrac\<Express> or <Office>\Device Control Service\KonicaPanelClient\Web.config
- Open the file in a text editor: C:\Program Files\Equitrac\<Express> or <Office>\Device Control Service\KonicaPanelClient\Web.config
- Under <configuration><appSettings>, change <add key="OpenAPILogLevel" value="none" /> to <add key="OpenAPILogLevel" value="OpenAPIMessageOnly" />
- Under <configuration><categorySoruces>, change <add name="Trace Category" switchValue="Information"> to <add name="Trace Category" switchValue="Information,Verbose">
- Save the file
- Restart the Nuance Device Control Service and Device Registration Service
- Recreate the issue, collect the logs (from C:\Program Files\Equitrac\<Express> or <Office>\Device Control Service\KonicaPanel/Logs)
- Disable the logs by reversing the changes in steps 3 and 4.
- Restart the Nuance Device Control Service and Device Registration Service
