Failed Login Attempt Error Message Appears When Attempting to Log on to WebTools

In Equitrac Office and Equitrac Express, when you attempt to log in to WebTools using your network credential, a "Failed Login Attempt" error message appears. This behavior can occur if User Authentications not correctly configured in System Manager. To resolve the issue review the settings in Configuration>User Authentication.

Ensure that the External user ID and password option is selected under Authentication Mechanisms.  Under External authorities, ensure that the correct authority is defined.
