In Equitrac Office and Equitrac Express, when you use a Force Monochrome print rule, colour document is still printed in colour. To resolve this issue, try a different print driver. Force Monochrome print rule is only supported on some printer models that use PCL4, PCL6 or PostScript data streams - no device list available. It is strongly recommended that you confirm compatibility with your print driver before implementing this rule.
