How to clear a Licence Error 25 on Equitrac Office/Express?

The reason you are getting a Licence Error 25 is due to the fact your licence only allows 25 users and your over the limit.

The Steps that needed to be done to clear the error are the following;

Step 1: You must go to your User Accounts and make sure you only have 25 active users and no more. (locked accounts will not count against the user license)

Step 2: In System Manager click on the Configuration

Step 3: Go to Network Environment and chose Uplink.

Step 4: Click on the Uplink

Step 5: Choose the Server name and Synchronize the enterprise licence and click ok.

It will reset it to the proper Licences.
