In EQPrintQueueViewer - Print jobs from Optix application showing as "Grouped" status

Problem Statement:

DRE print jobs stay in the queue as "Grouped" status when printing from Optix application. This behavior can be observed on all Windows workstations that have installed Equitrac Workstation Client (with Desktop Printing) and printing from specific 3rd party applications (such as Optix) to EQ ports (on an Equitrac DRE). When the user authenticates at the MFD, they cannot see these secured print jobs.


Add the Optix application to the Desktop printing exclusion list in the following location within Equitrac System Manager:

System Manager -> Configuration -> Printing -> Desktop printing exclusion list
