Jobs Sent to an E-Queue Cannot Be Released at a Physical Device
In Equitrac Office and Equitrac Express, if you print a document to an e-queue (using pull group), the job initially appears in the Equitrac Print Queue viewer, but when you go to a physical device or release station to release the job, the job does not appear in the job list.
This behavior can occur if you have not enabled secure printing at the print queue level on the e-queue.
