In Equitrac Express and Equitrac Office, if you attempt to release a document from a release station, an error message appears indicating a license is missing, and the job does not release.
This issue can occur if the account running the Equitrac services is not trusted on the domain where the release station is running and the domain where the accounting server is running. Consult your systems administrator for assistance with setting up these trust relationships on both domains.
