Significant delay before Billing Code Pop-up dialog box appears when printing to a Xerox device
With Equitrac Office and Equitrac Express, using a Xerox driver, when you attempt to print a document, there is a noticeable delay, as long as 12 to 15 seconds, before the Billing Code pop-up dialog box appears.
This is not an Equitrac issue; it is a driver configuration issue. This behavior can occur if the Color Access Control option is enabled on the printer driver. To resolve the issue, open the Properties dialog box for the driver. Click the Options tab. In the "Predefined Configurations" section, disable the "Color Access Control" option.
