System ID Appears as the Computer Name Instead of the Cluster Name in a Cluster Environment
After installing Equitrac Office or Equitrac Express in a cluster environment, when you attempt to license the software in System Manager the system ID displays "Domain\Computer Name" instead of "Domain\Cluster Name." Since the system ID does not match the license, the license cannot be applied.
This behavior can occur if the account under which the Equitrac services is running is not a local administrator on all nodes. To resolve this issue, add the account to the local administrators group on all nodes and then restart all Equitrac services. The correct system ID should now appear in System Manager, so the license can be successfully applied.
