Unable to Import Users Using Active Directory Synchronization
In Equitrac Office and Equitrac Express, if you attempt to import users using Active Directory (AD) Synchronization, the import might appear to work successfully; however, when you review the list of Equitrac users, the users included in the import are missing.
To troubleshoot this issue, try the following:

Save as PDF
1. In System Manager, under Configuration>Active Directory Synchronization, replace the Domain name with the IP address of the domain controller to determine if the issue is with DNS
2. Ensure that the account under which the EQ services are running is a domain user with a minimum of Read permissions to the domain.
