Problem: 

Unable to release Print Jobs in a Multi-CAS environment when using Managed Queues.

Resolution: 

Equitrac Managed Queues are working as designed. Every device (physical device or embedded device) has a unique ID in Equitrac, and that ID belongs to a given CAS. In other words, an ID identifies a device, but only in the context of one CAS. When the user prints the job to a secure Managed Queue that belongs to CAS 1 and they try to release the job on CAS 2, the release of the print job will fail because the unique ID for the physical on CAS 1 does not exist in CAS 2.

An Enhancement request has been created and is under investigation by the Product Management Team and the Development Team.
