EP5 - Auto Login on Web Client Fails

Problem:

With Equitrac Professional 5, when you attempt to log on to the Web client (EQClient), auto-login fails. You must manually enter your user code.

Solution:

This behavior can occur if the Core Accounting Server (CAS) is not configured for the User Authentication type "external User ID and Password." The auto-login (single sign-on) feature of the Web Client requires Windows credentials. To resolve the issue, change the User Authentication type in System Manager, Configuration, User Authentication.
