With Equitrac Professional 5, when you attempt to log on to the Web client (EQClient), auto-login fails. You must manually enter your user code.
This behavior can occur if the Core Accounting Server (CAS) is not configured for the User Authentication type "external User ID and Password." The auto-login (single sign-on) feature of the Web Client requires Windows credentials. To resolve the issue, change the User Authentication type in System Manager.
