Error 1935 returned when installing Print Client

Problem:

When installing the Equitrac Professional 5 Print Client, the error message 1935 is returned and the installation fails to complete.

Resolution:

 

Windows has pending updates that have been downloaded and need to be installed

  1. Install the outstanding Windows Updates
  2. Restart the computer
  3. Run the installation for Equitrac Professional 5 Print Client
