How can a user change the fields displayed in the EP5 Web Exceptions Editing grid in the Web Client?
- Log into the EP5 Web Client.
- Click the My Preferences hyperlink in the top left corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to the Exceptions and Transactions section of the screen.
- From the drop down, select the transaction type for the grid where you wish to add or remove fields.
- Use the check boxes to select the fields and the location where you wish to view them: in the grid, or in the More Information screen.
- Click SAVE at the bottom of the screen to save your changes. You'll need to close your web browser session and log in again to see the changes.
