Problem:

Multiple EP5 print client popups when printing to a Fiery print device from a MAC workstation

Solution:

When using the Mac Client to track printing to Xerox devices with the Fiery Print Server with the latest drivers, the users receive a series of popups before they even press the print button.

This is resolved in Equitrac Professional 5.5.0 MacClient hotfix, (HF 205975 MacClient) or higher. 

Once the hotfix is installed, you have to open the EQPrinterUtilityX and enable the setting to ignore command and control jobs.
