No EP5 print popup from Internet Explorer or Google Chrome

Problem:

The client reports they do not get the EP5 print popup when printing from Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.  Printing from all other applications does generate the popup.

Solution:

This can be caused by the Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security software (http://www.webroot.com).  This software by default will block our print client from attaching the Equitrac spy AppInit_dlls to the web browser when it is opened. 

The customer will need to open a service request with Webroot to have them exclude the necessary files (whitelist) to permit our print client to operate correctly.  This is not an Equitrac software issue.
