No Print Pop-up Dialog box Appears When Printing to a Non-DRE Printer

With Equitrac Professional 5, when printing to a non-DRE printer, the Print Pop-up dialog box does not appear. The print job prints successfully; however, the device does not appear in System Manager and no transaction is created (not tracked). To troubleshoot this issue, review the following information:

1.     Ensure that the correct Print Client is installed and all applicable hotfixes have been applied.

2.     If the print device has recently been replaced, make sure that the original printer's config and print driver have been removed from all applicable workstations and that the correct driver for the new device has been installed.

3.     Reinstall the print client.
