Problem:
User gets no Print Client pop-up when printing a document from their DMS
Resolution:
The following steps is used to resolve issues with a no print client Pop-up for user printing from DMS.
- Log into Equitrac Server
- Click to open Systems Manger
- Click Pop-up styles on the left panel
- Click the Pop-up style for user's group (Client-Matter)
- Click Advanced Print settings > Legacy Options
- Uncheck "Suppress Popup for DMS documents" option
- Click OK
