No print client Pop-up for user printing from DMS

Problem:

User gets no Print Client pop-up when printing a document from their DMS

Resolution:

The following steps is used to resolve issues with a no print client Pop-up for user printing from DMS.

  1. Log into Equitrac Server
  2. Click to open Systems Manger
  3. Click  Pop-up styles on the left panel
  4. Click the Pop-up style for user's group (Client-Matter)
  5. Click Advanced Print settings > Legacy Options
  6. Uncheck "Suppress Popup for DMS documents" option
  7. Click OK
