Not getting print client popup when printing to specific DRE Printer

Problem:

Single user not getting print client popup when printing to specific DRE Printer

Solution:

User was not getting print popup when printing to a single DRE printer; they did get the popup when printing to other DRE printers. Other users were getting the popup when printing to the printer in question.

Had client logon to workstation with a different profile (User) and tested printing; popup appeared when printing to the DRE Printer in question. This indicates the original user's profile is corrupt on the workstation.

Had client un-install print client, reboot and re-install print client. Popup started working to DRE Printer.
