Page unavailable Error Message Appears When Running the Web Client on any Machine Other than the Equitrac Server

With Equitrac Professional 5, if you attempt to run the Web Client on any workstation other than the Equitrac server, an error message appears, and the page does not open.


This behavior can occur if TCP port 80 is blocked on the Windows Firewall on the Core Accounting Server (CAS) server.

To resolve the issue, open up the port on the CAS server to allow Web Client communications from workstations.
