The custom date range fields for reports not functioning in the web client using IE

The custom date range fields are not functioning for reports in the Equitrac Professional 5 web client using Internet Explorer (IE).  When clicked there is no date picker window that appears


To reset the user settings in IE, follow the instructions below:

  • Open IE and open Internet Options in the Tools menu
  • Click the Advanced tab, click the reset button
  • Select Delete personal settings
  • Click reset button

Check to see if the date picker window for the custom date ranges now appears in the web client for reports
