The custom date range fields for reports not functioning in the web client using IE

Problem:
The custom date range fields are not functioning for reports in the Equitrac Professional 5 web client using Internet Explorer (IE). When clicked there is no date picker window that appears
Resolution:
To reset the user settings in IE, follow the instructions below:
- Open IE and open Internet Options in the Tools menu
- Click the Advanced tab, click the reset button
- Select Delete personal settings
- Click reset button
Check to see if the date picker window for the custom date ranges now appears in the web client for reports
