The incorrect usercode is populated in Print Client Popup when printing non-DMS documents on a shared workstation
Problem:
The incorrect usercode is populated in Print Client Popup when printing non-DMS documents
Resolution:
The firm uses shared workstations, and thus the popup style uncludes user prompt;
The user prompt is set to pre-populate the logged in user's usercode via:
Default Value (User): %USERCODE%
The correct usercode is populated on DMS documents which uses:
Hide Mode Value (User): %USERCODE%
The correct usercode is populated when the user manually enters a client matter or selects a client matter using the Search feature.
The incorrect usercode is populated only when the user uses a Speed Button.
As the Popup Style includes the user prompt, the speed button also includes the user code value;
The speed button was created by a different user or when the user was associated with a previous usercode that no longer exists in EP5.
To resolve this issue, delete and recreate the Speed Button so that it contains the current user code.
