Users Are Unable to Access the Web Client.

With Equitrac Professional 5, users are unable to access the Web Client. The Web browser indicates that the Web site is not accessible; no login screen appears. To troubleshoot the issue, review the following prerequisites for accessing the Web client:

1.     Ensure that the URL of the Web server is a trusted site.

2.     Enable pop-ups and Java Script options in the Web browsers accessing the Web client.
