Problem:
Web Client pages are not displaying properly since CAS Software was moved to the new 2008 R2 Server.

Resolution:
The Static Content feature was not installed / enabled in IIS. See attached for screenshot of Static Content.
- Open Server Manager
- Expand Roles
- Click on Web Server (IIS) in left-hand column.
- Under Role Services in the right-hand pane > find Static Content under Common HTTP Features.
- Static Content should be Installed > If not, click on Add Role Service and install Static Content.
- Web Client pages will now display properly
