Problem:

Windows Authentication Dialog Box Appears Instead of the Equitrac Web Client Logon Page with Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 2012 Server

Resolution:

Turn Off Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration under Server Manager.

• Open Server Manager
• In left pane, click on Local Server
• In right pane > in the Properties section > in the middle "grouping" > 3rd item in the second column it will say IE Enhanced Security Configuration and it will be set to On.
• Click on the On to edit setting
• You may turn Enhanced Security off for just the Admin or All Users (The Equitrac Service Account should be a local Admin, so you will only need to set the Admin off)
