With Equitrac Professional 5, how can the system be configured to allow more control over the rate tables used by the system to fine tune telephone costing?
There are several options available to fine tuned costing of telephone calls.
Under basic costing setup of each call site, there is a multiplier that can be used to increase or decrease the rate of the standard rate table.
There is also a Special Costing tab that allows you to set specific costing for different call types.
