With Equitrac Professional 5, the time and billing system creates a new validation import file more frequently than the Equitrac import scheduled task runs. Cause:
Configuration needs to be changed.
Resolution:
To modify the frequency with which the Validation Import scheduled task runs, edit the existing task in System Manager. Scheduled tasks can be run on a monthly, weekly, daily, hourly, minutely basis, as needed.
