How to Disable Any Scheduled Task in EP5

Answer:

This will show the steps to disable any task within EP5's Scheduled Task (Excluding Scheduled Reports)

• Open EP5's System Manager
• Click on Scheduled Task in the left-hand pane
• All scheduled task will appear in the right-hand pane
• Click on task name you want to disable > Task Dialog box will appear
• Select YES in the Suspended field to disable task > Select OK to save
• When doing this you can add a comment in the description field to show when you disabled the task for future reference.
