With Equitrac Professional 5, when printing from a laptop outside of the office, how can you prevent the print pop-up dialog box from appearing? To prevent the print pop-up from appearing when outside of the office, perform the following steps:

1. Start System Manger and select Configuration in the left pane.

2. In the right pane, select Global pop up behaviour.

3. In the Offline tracking behaviour for unknown user, device or application, select "Do not track."

4. Click the OK button.
