How to edit an existing export to export data to a new location using the Export Wizard

Problem Statement:

The following steps are to be followed in order to change the path that Equitrac Professional exports data to. This may be performed in the event that the time and billing system is updated to locate the exported data from one location

Resolution:

  1. On the Equitrac Professional server, start System Manager
  2. Go to Tools > Export Wizard
  3. Select Edit existing export > select a export to edit
  4. Click Next
  5. Under Export options, update the File name to be created when this export is run to include the new path
  6. Click Next > Next > Next > Finish

Note:

If there are multiple exports listed under Edit existing export, the path may need to be updated for each and every export.
