LDAP search not working on new TPC with Version 2 firmware

Problem Statement:

LDAP search is not working on a new TPC with Version 2 firmware.  The search button is grayed out.  On the existing terminals with V1 firmware the LDAP search is working correctly.

Answer:

Check the application level on the TPC.  This is a known issue with application version 2.1.1.57.  Upgrade the application on the TPC to the current version of 2.1.4.67 and you should be good.
