New users are not importing via ODBC import. Error in reject file: Call Site XXXXX is not found. Problem Statement: New users are not importing via ODBC import. Error in reject file at C:\: Call Site XXXXX is not found. Cause: The import is importing extension information as well as user information. Some of the user records in the import are assigned to office(s) that do not have a corresponding call site, so EP5 does not import those records.   Resolution: Set up a "dummy" call site for all offices included in the import that do not have call accounting call site, otherwise EP5 does not import the record. You have to set up a "dummy" call site for all offices included in the import.
