Equitrac PageCounter displays Activity not sent message

Problem Statement:

After unlocking a multifunction device using the Equitrac PageCounter and performing copy job, the Equitrac PageCounter displays the message "activity not sent."

Cause:

1. The name of Equitrac Professional server has been changed and the licensing is now invalid.

2. The IP address of the Equitrac Professional server has changed.

Resolution:

1. a) Contact imlicensing@nuance.com and provide the Equitrac Professional server's licenses. The licenses will need to be reset and reactivated after they are entered into the Equitrac Professional server.

b) Change the name of the Equitrac Professional server back to the original name. Restart all of the EQ services.

2. a) On the Equitrac PageCounter, press END + F2 to enter Manager Mode

b) Enter 112233 for the password

c) Press 1 Network

d) Press 5 Control Sys IP

e) Enter the new IP address of the Equitrac Professional server.

Note: When entering the IP address, be sure the pad it with 0s. For example 10.10.10.1 would look like 010.010.010.1.

The Equitrac PageCounter should restart on its own.
