Fatal Application Error Message Appears on the TouchPoint Console Display

With Equitrac Professional 5, using a TouchPoint Console (TPC), after you enter your user ID and password, the terminal displays an error message and stops responding. To resolve the issue, format the SD flash card using the SDFormat.exe program that is loaded on the TPC. Restart the TPC and then reload the TPC application.
