In EP5, All TPC's are offline are showing offline.

Problem Statement:

In EP5, All TPC's are offline are showing offline.

Resolution:

Check the network settings to see if the server IP address changed and if so correct this on the TPC's.  

Verify you can remotely access the TPC's.

Make sure the server firewall is either disabled or the proper ports are open. (TCP 2939 is specific to TPC's and Pagecounters)
