Resolution: 1.     Create a new, unassigned TPC configuration in System Manager with no scan configuration. 2.     Using the TPC installation wizard, install the TPC using the name of the new, unassigned TPC configuration. 3.     Format the flash on the TPC. 4.     Re-install the TPC using its original name.
