PageCounter CDR Terminal beeps and displays "no CDR data"

Problem Statement: The Equitrac PageCounter CDR Terminal displays the error message "no CDR data" and beeps. This issue will noticed at the beginning of the day and will resolve itself over the course of the day. Cause: The Equitrac PageCounter CDR Terminal collects telephone data. It is restarted automatically every night. If the PageCounter does not receive any data within twelve hours of its last poll, it will return the error "no CDR data" and beep. Resolution: This issue can be resolved by itself once it starts collecting data for telephone calls during the day.
