Scan Destination field is not displayed on TouchPoint Console

Scan Destination field is not displayed on TouchPoint Console Problem Statement: After unlocking the Equitrac TouchPoint Console, the Client and Matter number fields are displayed, however, the Scan Destination field is not displayed. Cause: The Home Folder specified for the affected user(s) is inaccessible. This may be a result of: 1. The network location is invalid 2. Anti-virus software is blocking access to the network location Resolution: 1. a) Confirm that the network location is valid. b) Update the Home Folder for the affected user(s) to the correct network location through System Manager, if necessary 2. Check the anti-virus software on the server or PC where the Home Folder is located. Include an exception to allow connectivity to this folder by Equitrac Professional. Additional Notes: For steps on how to exclude Equitrac Professional from being blocked on by your anti-virus software, please consult with your IT staff or anti-virus software vendor.
