Scan Preview Fails to Appear When Using Document Capture Scan

With Equitrac Professional 5.2.3, using Document Capture Scan, when you scan a document, the can preview does not appear. This behavior occurs when using Document Capture scan if the TouchPoint console is not assigned to a physical device. To resolve the issue, assign the TouchPoint console. NOTE: The requirement to assign a TouchPoint console applies to Equitrac Professional 5.2.3 and higher.
