Scanning Prompts Are Missing on the TouchPoint Console Display
With Equitrac Professional 5, using a TouchPoint console, the buttons associated with scanning do not appear on the console display. This behaviour occurs even though the TouchPoint Console is properly configured for the scan functionality.
The behaviour can occur if the TouchPoint Console is not assigned to a parent physical device. To resolve the issue, perform the following steps:

1. Start System Manager, and select Devices in the left pane.
2. In the right pane, expand Unassigned TouchPoint Consoles.
3. Left-click the TouchPoint Console, on which the scanning options are missing to a physical device.
4. Verify that the scanning buttons now appear on the TouchPoint console.
