Problem Statement

Server Offline on Canon Embedded

Cause

This can be caused by the having the wrong IP address for server configured on Embedded device

Resolution

1.  Verify IP address on Equitrac Server

2.  Log onto MFP with the following web site

     http:// (IP address of MFP:8000:Equitrac/Config

     Password=equitrac

3.  Check Server Configuration for IP address

4.  Correct the IP address and update

 

5.  If you are logged out log back in and verify settings

    were saved.  

2.   Test device once the device has the correct setting.
