TPC is not counting copies.
The TPC is not counting copies, but it is counting scans accurately. Check the copier interface cable. When the scans are counting properly, and the copies are not being counted at all it is usually a cable issue.
Scans counts in EQ Document Capture do not come from the pulses the same way the copy counts do.
If the copy count still does not show up, swap the cable for a known good cable. If the copy count now appears, the cable needs to be replaced.
- Check to make sure the cable is the correct cable for the MFP
- Check to make sure the cable is seated firmly and no pins are bent
