Touch Point Console no longer responds to touch.
- Verify the TPC is not frozen and is in fact not responding to touch, this can be performed by looking at the clock on the TPC and see if the time changes.
- Reboot the TPC.
- Test TPC with a known working power supply
- Format the SD card in the TPC and reinstall the application and firmware. (see Answer 15246 for detailed instructions on formatting the SD card in the TPC)
- If eveything failed to resolve the unresponsive screen replace the TPC.
