Problem Statement:

TPCs displaying Fatal Application Error Application webs.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor. Program: webs.exe Exception: 0xC0000005 Address: 00034530

Cause:

Webs.exe is the GoAhead Web Server that runs within the TPC to host the TPC web page. The customer is likely running some kind of network security scans or tools that hit the TPC devices and cause the application to crash.

Resolution:

Exclude the TPC IP addresses from the scan.
