TouchPoint Console Fails to Count Scans Generated Using Xerox Network Scan
With Equitrac Professional 5, using a TouchPoint Console with Xerox Network scan, after replacing the Xerox Network Controller, scan transactions are no longer begin counted or appearing in the Transaction Editor.
This behavior can occur if the Network Scan settings on the Xerox Configuration page are set to FTP instead of SMB. To resolve the issue, ensure the Network Scan settings are set to SMB.
