TouchPoint Console Screen Is Unresponsive to Touches

With Equitrac Professional 5, using a TouchPoint Console, when you touch the screen, nothing happens. If you press keys on the keyboard physical connected, clicks are heard, but characters appears on the screen. If the screen is unresponsive to touches, the TouchPoint Console must be replaced.
