Resolution:

Follow the instructions for Xerox Foreign Interface dip switch settings in the cable portal for CABX0809, and use Extended Attribute setting in TPC configuration for Xerox - enhanced (EU,LA,AP) rather than for Fuji Xerox - enhanced.
