Unable to set a PageCounter to not timeout Problem Statement: When configuring the Equitrac PageCounter, the PageCounnter will not allow the Copier idle timeout field to be blank. Cause: The PageCounter must contain a timeout value. The PageCounter cannot be set to not timeout. Resolution: The recommended maximum value is 3600 seconds (an hour). The concern is that while the PageCounter is on hold, that record is in volatile memory. If the PageCounter is left on and unlocked, in the event of a power outage it could lose all of the data.
