Xerox Accounting Screen Appears Instead of the Equitrac Client/Matter Screen When Using Equitrac Embedded for Xerox EIP

With Equitrac Professional 5, when using Equitrac Embedded for Xerox EIP, after you authenticate at the Equitrac Authentication (user id) screen, the Xerox Accounting Screen appears instead of the Equitrac Client/Matter screen. Further, no Client search functions are available on the Xerox Accounting screen. This behavior can occur if Xerox Custom Service Setup option is not configured properly on the MFP device. NOTE: The steps to complete this task are missing in the Equitrac Embedded for Xerox EIP 1.0 Setup Guide.
