The workstation does not get a Print Client Popup when you are printing to a Canon MFP from a Windows 64-bit system with client side rendering enabled. When you disable client side rendering, the print client pops up normally.
This was resolved in Equitrac Professional 5 WinClient hotfix (HF-202208-WinClient), which can be downloaded from the Partner portal at this link:
You can also disable client side rendering on the device at the print server to resolve this issue. We recommend client side rendering be disabled on all tracked print devices.
